About Helen

c1I have always seemed to gravitate towards creative expression and out-of the-box thinking. As part of my self-discovery process I began to explore educational and career opportunities that connected my personal experiences (parenting a child with special needs) with my aspirations. Eventually evolving into a life coaching practice, my work with adults and adults with special needs seems to bring a degree of completion to my journey.

You can learn more about my journey in this article I wrote for Washington Family Magazine – get it here.
